How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I change my shipping address?
In the occurrence that you have made and error with your shipping address or need to have your order shipped to a different address please email email@example.com and we will do our best to change it for you. Please note however, if you order has already been shipped we cannot redirect it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In the occurrence that you want to make a change to your order or need to cancel it please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you. Please note however, if you order has already been shipped we cannot cancel or make any changes.
How long will it take for my pre-order to arrive?
Specific pre-order time frames can be found on the product page but generally they are 2-4 weeks. If there are any delays we will contact you as soon as possible.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we do! If you wish to choose PayPal please selection the option at checkout.
Can I use Afterpay?
Of course you can! Pay in 4 easy installments. Just select Afterpay at checkout.
Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund if I don't like it?
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. We can also exchange your purchase for another size if needed.
Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds for celle products purchased through our partners.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it. Please contact us here to lodge a return.
Please note, return postage is at the cost of the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order is placed you will be unable to cancel or alter it. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address please contact us right away and we will try our best to redirect it if it has not shipped.

Does it actually work?
Yes it does! Check here to see our customers results. Due to legal BS though we do have to state that results may vary from person to person. Boring we know!
How long do I need to wear them for?
For maximum results we recommend that you wearing your activewear garment for 6 hours a day for 30 days. This can be while you work, play or sleep!
How tight do they need to be?
We recommend choosing a size that is firm fitting. We’ve found the perfect balance between shaping and been able to wear them for 6 hours a day. They have comfort in mind, comfortable enough you can even sleep in them!
How does your 30 Day Money Back Guaranatee work?
Babe, while we know you will love your purchase, things happen and we want you to be 100% satisfied. All orders include a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This means that if you don't like the product (fit, feel etc) or don't experience the results you expected (when worn for 6 hours a day for 30 days in a row) we will refund you! Just pay the return shipping. Your 30 days starts from the moment your order is delivered and you can have them for a full 30 days. Shipping times don't factor into this! How good?!

What if I miss a day?
Babe, we get it. Life gets in the way. Don't worry if you miss a day, just get back on track when you can. Your results may vary without consistent wearing but it's not worth stressing about.
Does the technology wear off after washing?
No! Unlike creams and scrubs that run out and require you to re-buy, the technology we use is permanent and does not disappear when washed!
Can I sleep in them?
Of course! Couldn't wear them during the day? Wear them while you sleep!
Do I wear underwear under them?
You can wear underwear underneath but this will reduce the effectiveness of the shorts. Most customers opt to wear a G-String or no underwear and purchase multiple pairs so they can wear the shorts everyday!
Can I wear them while I'm pregnant?
We recommend that you speak with your doctor before wearing celle garments.
Are results guaranteed?
Unfortunately due to legal BS, we know, we cannot guarantee results but have a look at or other customers and see for yourself! We can however guarantee that you will receive a perfect fitting garment that can be worn on a day to day basis either in the gym or strolling the neighbourhood.
